Refund policy

I hope you are really pleased with your purchase however if you do need to return your item please get in contact. Items should be returned in an unworn and  perfect condition. Postage costs will need to be covered by yourself & proof of postage should be obtained. You are responsible for the item until received by Buckets & Bums. 

Custom Orders are non returnable due to the bespoke nature of the product. 

 

Buckets & Bums have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; perfect, unworn or unused. 

To start a return, you can contact us at steph@bucketsandbums.co. Please include your order number. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping and all associated costs. It is advised that you use a tracked service and obtain proof of postage. You are responsible for the item(s) until received by Buckets & Bums. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom Orders are non returnable due to the bespoke nature of the product. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Buckets & Bums will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
